Our beef is raised on grass and forage, it is finished the last 90 to 120 days with a 85% forage and 15% grain ration. This enhances the flavour of the final product.


Sides of beef  $4.50/lb  (cutting & wrapping $1.25 extra)


We have a cross bred herd of cows consisting mostly of  Black Angus,  with some Charolais, Simmental and Hereford.

We use a purebred Black Angus bull as a sire so our beef is all at least 50% Black Angus.
